House maintenance should guarantee you the value of your property.
The regular interior cleaning of your property is carried out weekly or every two weeks. You determine the rhythm. We create a corresponding specification in which the execution of the individual work is listed accordingly.
Our employees clean everything from the mailbox system, entrance door, dirt lock, entrance glazing and the stairwell floor.
The spiders don't stand a chance with us.
The lifts and handrails are nowadays often equipped with chrome steel. Proper spotless cleaning must therefore also be learned.
The basement area is also cleaned regularly.
Garage, laundry room, heating, technical room, caretaker's room, bicycle cellar and other common rooms.
We essentially differentiate between the weekly maintenance cleaning work and the annual, semi-annual or 3-monthly basic cleaning.
Basic cleaning primarily includes windows, canopies, pipes/cables, doors, railings and ancillary rooms.
During the weekly round, all technical systems are also checked and, if necessary, repaired or given for repairs.
If necessary, the bulbs are replaced and the minutes are checked.
We also recommend thorough cleaning of the staircase floor every three to five years.
Of course, our cleaning materials and utensils are included in our cleaning services. Therefore, you do not need to worry about the procurement.
